They didn't even open my medical record I should have learned. Complaints are ignored by the Phoenix VA. All your complaint will do, is give them the chance to delete evidence of their wrong doing. This page is short and easy. I only had one appointment with each of two primary care doctors, because the exams went so badly that I instantly demanded a different primary care doctor. Those two doctors didn't even bother to open my medical record. They entered nothing into my record. When I discovered this I made a complaint to the director of the Phoenix VA. Soon after, a forged record of one of those appointments showed up in my medical record. I filed another complaint when I discovered the forged entry. The entry was soon gone, along with the record of the appointments with those two doctors. My complaints to the director were not even acknowledged, except by mysterious changes in my medical record. In her office a year later I confronted the director with this. She claimed it's not possible to remove entries from medical records OR the list of appointments. By that time I'd forgotten the names of those two VA Primary Care Pretenders.
